Onboarding & Integrations
This draft hasn't had legal review yet and isn't final. The points still being decided are listed at the end.
How onboarding works
1. We configure your system: your buying rules (what you pay by condition, cash or store credit) and, where your plan includes it, your branding.
2. We launch your buyback page, on TradaBrix (tradabrix.com/yourshop) or on your existing website, depending on your plan.
3. You manage your requests: submissions come in and you run your buying from one place (by email on Starter, in the dashboard on Growth and Brand).
Onboarding is done with you by the founder, by email on Starter and on a call for Growth and Brand. It's included in every plan, with no setup fee.
Supported integrations
Starter: your hosted buyback page, to share from your bio, Whatnot, BrickLink or anywhere you post.
Growth: the buyback page added to your existing website, where your platform is supported. We confirm that before you're invoiced.
Brand: your own domain and branding, plus supported Shopify and Notion integrations.
Timelines
We agree a launch date with you during onboarding, once your buying rules are settled.
Plan limits
Starter includes 30 submissions a month. Growth and Brand have no monthly submission limit.
Integrations are limited to supported platforms. Anything else is custom work.
Offers use market values as a reference; see the AI & Valuation Disclaimer.
Custom development
Work outside the standard platform, like nonstandard integrations, custom workflows or enterprise implementations, is quoted separately after we've agreed the scope in writing. It isn't unlimited and isn't part of any plan.
If you need a full online store, we build websites as separate projects.
Still being decided
- Which website platforms are supported for Growth's embedded page (for example Shopify, WordPress / WooCommerce, Wix).
- A typical time to launch that we're comfortable publishing.
- What happens when a Starter shop goes over 30 submissions in a month.
- Which Shopify and Notion actions the Brand integrations cover.
