Billing & Cancellation
This draft hasn't had legal review yet and isn't final. The points still being decided are listed at the end.
Subscription prices
Starter: $49 a month, or $490 a year paid up front ($98 less than twelve monthly payments).
Growth: $149 a month, or $1,290 a year paid up front ($498 less than twelve monthly payments).
Brand: $499 a month, or $4,490 a year paid up front ($1,498 less than twelve monthly payments).
Prices are in US dollars. Your subscription covers access to the platform and its ongoing functionality, including the seller dashboard on Growth and Brand.
No setup fees
No plan has a setup fee, whether you pay monthly or yearly. Standard onboarding and supported integrations are included in your subscription.
Custom development, nonstandard integrations and enterprise implementations are outside the standard plans. They're quoted separately, only after we've agreed the scope with you in writing.
Invoices and payment
We bill by invoice, monthly or once a year, paid by bank transfer or Wise. The site never takes card payments.
Prices in the plan finder, booking and signup forms are estimates from this price list. Your invoice uses the same list, confirmed with you before anything is charged.
If an invoice is more than 14 days late, we pause your sell page until it's paid. Your data is kept during the pause.
Cancelling
Monthly plans have no contract: cancel anytime before your next invoice. Yearly plans run for the year you paid for.
Founding customers
If a founding-customer offer is running, its benefits and the number of spots left are shown on the site. Nothing is reserved until you've signed up.
Still being decided
- Refunds: whether any part of a yearly payment is refundable if you cancel early, and when.
- Sales tax / VAT on invoices.
- How much notice we give before changing prices for existing customers.
- What happens to a seller's data after they cancel, and for how long it's kept.
- The founding-customer benefits (the offer stays hidden until they're defined).
